Guest guest
Does anyone here keep tempeh starter ongoing for homemade tempeh? I am still trying to use up okara from all my yogurt making! I think this time of year a small plastic envelope with starter filled with fairly dry okara or soy flour would do well in priority mail for a day or two. I'd be happy to pay a small amount plus shipping if you're in the western US. Or trade some good sourdough starters. Otherwise I'll probably order some from Gem cultures after " the season. " Thanks Slim Sounds like a good recipe, Donna! , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > I made this for THanksgiving and the meat eaters ate > 75% of it and 2 asked for the recipe. > > Tempeh Bourgignon > ....
