Hi All..

 

Just for interest there was a recipe printed in the guardian a couple of weeks

ago for home-made marshmallows...

It can be found here:

It does contain gelatine but isn't there a veggie 'fake' gelatine that you can

get?

Maybe agar would work? I always liked the results of agar better than

" Jello " , even years ago, before knowing what " Jello " is.

What is agar and where can you get it?

It's a powdered form of a particular seaweed. Looks somewhat like powdered

sugar, or flour. I get it at an asian market, in a small pouch type packet.
