Guest guest
Hi All.. Just for interest there was a recipe printed in the guardian a couple of weeks ago for home-made marshmallows... It can be found here: http://lifeandhealth.guardian.co.uk/foodanddrink/hughfearnleywhittingstall/story\ /0,,1939013,00.html It does contain gelatine but isn't there a veggie 'fake' gelatine that you can get? I always liked the results of agar better than " Jello " , even years ago, before knowing what " Jello " is.
