i agree, Jello looks like rubber, the agar is much

better, expecially with lychee fruit as an after

dinner treat.

carageenan is also something from what I have been reading tonight

in researching.. that can be a sustitute for gelatine.

Both are forms of seaweed (carageenan and agar).

Hi,

 

Sorry, I left something out. It is Eames kosher gelatin that is vegan--a

vegetable gelatin. You should be able to find it at the health food grocery.
