Guest guest
While I've never used white corn meal I don't see why you couldn't. I believe the only difference is that it's made from white corn as opposed to the yellow that's made from yellow corn. Your bread or muffins just won't be yellow. Guest guest
I use it and/or yellow cornmeal in recipes interchangably. Both are good. I think the white make a lighter cornbread and the yellow ends up with wonderful little crunchy bits in it. Guest guest
Seems like the I noticed that too Judy. The yellow is more crunchy when baked up but they both work in recipes. Guest guest
Nothing wrong with white corn meal or yellow corn meal for corn bread or corn pone. Don't forget the sale tho. Luanne
