The Cautious Vegetarian..and a quinoa question

I like rice and lentils with some canned diced tomatoes mixed in...I personally

still have

box of quinoa that I can't bring myself to make for some reason. It''s about to

" expire "

does quinoa go rancid, or can I still use it?
