Guest guest
Hey guys I was wondering regarding my bread machine, can I use whole wheat flour in place of bread flour? I went to the store the other day and saw a bunch of flour but NO bread flour~! I had to buy a mix BOOHOO! It came out awesome but I'm sure flour is cheaper than a mix. I'll try a different store, but for now, would something else work? ~*~Whitney~*~ Feminism is the radical notion that women are people. Want to start your own business? Learn how on Small Business. Guest guest
Hi Whitney, I have an old West Bend Automatic bread maker. I have recipes for whole wheat bread that use whole wheat flour. I have both 100% whole wheat and non-fat whole wheat bread recipes that I have used with success. If this is what you're looking for I will be glad to share.
