Italian or French bread 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened 3 TB chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Heat oven to 400º F. Cut bread diagonally into 1 " slices. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread butter mixture over one side of cut surfaces of bread; reassemble loaf. Wrap loaf securely in heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Makes:4 servings. Nutrition Information: Per serving = Calories 255 (Calories from Fat 125 ), Total Fat 14 g (Sat Fat 8 g), Cholesterol 30 mg, Sodium 410 mg, Total Carbs 29 g (Dietary Fiber 2 g), Protein 5 g.
