Hi,

Does anyone have a recipe for homemade Tapioca or Rice Puddings? I love the

Cozy Shack brand of it, but it is so expensive and I wanted to try and make

my own.

Thanks all,

Judy

The recipe for Tapioca is right on the box of tapioca pearls. It can be

found in pretty much any grocery store. The brand I use is a small red

box. It can be done traditionally with cow's milk, but can also be done

with alternative milks, as well as juices (which make great pie fillings as

well as eaten as is.) Basically it's just tapioca pearls, liquid, and sugar

- stirred over heat, then cooled. Very easy!!

Ditto!...I've had boxes of tapioca in the pantry for awhile now but haven't made

it due to lack of a recipe.

I just discovered you can buy tapioca at an Asian food store for 99

cents a pound.

My grandmother used to make pineapple tapioca when I was little. I

would imagine just adding pineapple to a regular recipe.
