Guest guest
It's one of those ALT key pad things. I have a listing from my technical document days....now if I can just find the list. I'll get back to you. Joanie
Guest guest
Hi GB: Here's one of the lists I have....however it's not the one with the trademark sign...I'll keep looking. Joanie ~~~Symbols~~~ Use the number pad...NOT the numbers above the keyboard. To get the symbols, hold down the ALT key with your left hand and then type the number on the numbers pad (to the right of the keyboard): ALT + 0037 = % ALT + 130 = é ALT + 138 = è ALT + 145 = æ ALT + 156 = £ English pound sign ALT + 0131 = ƒ ALT + 0128 = € ALT + 0149 = • bullet ALT + 0156 = œ ALT + 0161 = ¡ inverted exclamation ALT + 0162 = ¢ cent sign ALT + 0163 = £ pound sterling ALT + 0164 = ¤ iinternational currency ALT + 0165 = ¥ yen sign ALT + 0166 = ¦ broken vertical bar ALT + 0167 = § section sign ALT + 0177 = ± plus or minus ALT + 0178 = ² ALT + 0179 = ³ ALT + 0181 = µ micro sign ALT + 0182 = ¶ paragraph sign ALT + 0185 = ¹ ALT + 0186 = º degree ALT + 0187 = » ALT + 0191 = ¿ inverted question mark ALT + 0198 = Æ ALT + 0209 = Ñ ALT + 0216 = Ø ALT + 0209 = Ñ ALT + 0216 = Ø ALT + 0230 = æ ALT + 0241 = ñ ALT + 00129 =  ALT + 00134 = †ALT + 00211 =Ó ALT + 00212 = Ô ALT + 00213 = Õ ALT + 00214 = Ö ALT + 00247 = ÷

Guest guest
alt-0153 for circle-R, alt-0169 for TM, I think... (reaching back too). If you go into Word, and choose insert symbol - locate the symbol you want, and in the window at the bottom it shows what the shortcut keystrokes are. > It's one of those ALT key pad things. I haven't been in here in ages. My wedding is May 6th and I have so much to do, moving back to California in June. Sheeh! I have mega amounts of emails to read so I better get started. Thanking everyone for luscious sounding recipes. Hope I can cook a few up real soon. Mya , " acorneve " wrote: > > Hi everyone. As a mom to 3 and wife to happy to eat meat husband I have had some trouble transitioning to the veggie world. My husband has come along quite abit and as my veggie culinary skills " slowly " improve he has warmed to the veggie way. The re learning of cooking is probably not as hard as I think but of course it is a matter of patience, time and figuring out what tastes good. I am so happy to be here and to learn what I can from all of you seasoned veggies! I am really liking the veggie life as I have found myself having more and more difficulty stomaching meat. Partly ethical and partly health. So thanks for letting me join in. The only real problem I have noticed with going veggie is that my blood sugar is getting really low. But I am going to guess that is a detox thing along with learning what food combinations work for my body.I certainly feel alot healthier. Take care all, Carmen ______________________ ______________________ Message: 4 Sun, 2 Apr 2006 20:31:10 -0700 (PDT) Donnalilacflower Re: Introduction Hi Carmen So happy you have joined us. I've been a vegetarian for over 25 years. I used to have a terrible hypoglecemic problem before and it's gone now. We have a fully loaded recipe file and make sure you browse it. All our recipes are tried and true and you will notice, easy to prepare and a huge percentage are made with basic ingredients. Let us know if you have any questions, why don't you tell use how you start your day with breakfast, what you eat and maybe some of us will have tips for you in keeping your sugar level up. Make sure you have talked with your doctor because that could be a sign of something else. Donna valleydoula wrote: Hi there, I am a newbie to this group and to the vegetarian world.
