Guest guest Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing - from The Nutritional Yeast book by Joanne Stepaniak 3 T. Nutritional Yeast Flakes 2 T. Tahini 2 T. Dijon Mustard 2 cloves of garlic, minced 3 T. fresh Lemon Juice 1 T. Soy Sauce 1/3 c. Water Place the Nutritional Yeast Flakes , tahini, mustard adn garlic in a medium mixing bowl and stir them together to make a paste. Gradually add the lemon juice, soy sauce, and water, stirring vigorously with a wire wisk until the dressing is very smooth.
