Since I live in Winnipeg Mb. we have to wait a long time for the first harvest

of spring. My

favorite without a dought is tomatoes! I love to eat them like apples fresh

picked off the

vine while still warm with the sun's kiss. MMMM... Sliced and sprinkled with

S+P and

drizzled with balsamic vinegar, olive oil basil and a crumbling of feta is also

divine!

Asparagus here too, plus garlic scapes, pea shoots, baby greens...I

love spring at the farmer's market!
