Hi Emma! I know there are tons of great recipes listed here, but you do need

to scroll down the messages to get to them. I am slowly making my way through

them, and I've gotten some great ideas here! There are lots of great vegan

crockpot cookbooks out there. Might be worth your while to get a couple and try

a

few recipes from them. I collect cookbooks, and I use them all the time! I

belong to several for vegan cooking, and some of them have files of

recipes. Also, if you go to the vegan websites, many of them have recipes

listed, and/or have links to sites that do. I have found literally hundreds of

thousands of vegan recipe lists on the Internet! If you need help finding them,

maybe I can help, or someone else here can. Using your crockpot does not have

to mean making a beef roast with onion soup mix and canned cream of mushroom

soup!

Hi Emma... I was in the same place you are a few years ago. VERY

busy, wanting vegetarian recipes for the slow cooker, but not having

enough time (especially with dial-up internet access--very slow) to

sort through posted recipes, print them, and then find some place to

store all these misc. pieces of paper. Thats why my sister and I

wrote The Healthy Vegetarian Slow Cooker Cookbook. Its soft cover and

has 96 pages of recipes and information on getting the most use of

your slow cooker. Its only $10 plus shipping/handeling, and its so

convenient to have it on the bookshelf whenever you want to try a new

hi there..does anyone remember a recipe for black bean burgers posted

in here some time back? i cannot find my copy. the burger was rolled

in corn meal before cooking...thanks

have you looked in the file? i'm a little behind in

filing recipes, but it may be in there. if not, try a

message search.....go to the webpage and search the

messages.
