Guest guest
Please read the article regarding 'cultured meat'. If cruelty to animals were not an issue, would you eat 'cultured meat'? Is it really even meat? How would this be different from tvp? http://www.ediets.com/news/article.cfm/1/code_22384/cmi_1723873/ Blessings! Guest guest
Interesting article. But I would have to say that personally this type of lab-formed food would not make me want to eat meat. I never much liked the stuff. I am also pretty wary of these " franken-foods " . ~ PT ~ Month of August - covered with foam is the beach; Blithesome the bee, full the hive; Better the work of the sickle than the bow. ~ anon. Guest guest
I'm a pretty picky eater so I wouldn't mind if they came out with some decent tasting " chicken " , since I did like to eat that for the taste (especially the way the Chinese restaurants cook it). I've read up on the history of technology changes (I work for my state's environmental dept.), so I know that technologies are continually improving in order to pollute less. I can see this as a next big step. I think it's exciting to see change in process; I just hope this change does happen. ~Marcie

Guest guest
I'm looking forward to that day! That way I can just request the food without cooking it. redappywolf <cosmicdualnature wrote: Wow... can food replicators be far behind?.. :} , " bvgardner " <bvgardner wrote: > > Please read the article regarding 'cultured meat'.
