Triscuit Creamy Bruschetta Spread

 

1 tub (8 oz.) light cream cheese spread

2 TB fresh basil, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minces

3/4 cup tomato, chopped

1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup onions, chopped

2 TB black olives, sliced

2 TB Italian Salad Dressing

Triscuit Crackers

 

Mix cream cheese spread, basil and garlic until well blended.

 

Spread into a 8 " circle on a serving plate, with center slightly indented to

form rim around

the outer edge. Se aside.

 

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and dressing. Spoon into center of

cream cheese

mixture.

 

Serve as a spread with Triscuit crackers.

 

Makes: 2-1/2 cups spread (20 servings).
