Spinach Bean Sandwich

 

English Toasting loaf bread or bread of choice - sliced

Veganaise or Mayonnaise

1 can of Kidney beans, drained

Cucumber slices

Fresh Spinach leaves

Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

 

Toast your slices of bread. Spread with Veganaise or Mayo. Put on some

fresh spinach leaves. Spoon on some beans over that. Layer some cucumber

slices next and sprinkle with the Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Top

with another piece of bread that has Veganaise spread on it also.

 

Wrap a paper towel around your sandwich, so you don't loose any of your

goodies out of your sandwich. Enjoy immediately.

Thank you. It was so good. We had these for dinner tonight. It was a

quick filling meal. I had a big glass of buttermilk too and some celery

sticks on the side. I filled the celery channel with peanut butter and

raisens pressed on top of the peanut butter.

This recipe sounds awesome! I think I will smooooosh up my beans into

a paste so I dont loose any! Cant wait to try this.
