Guest guest
I wanted to pass this on. I couldn't find light pink dye to dye my off white shirt with. I thought, humm Kool Aid is full of artificial color so it might work. I added 2 packets of pink grapefruit unsweetened Kook-Aid to a dutch oven of boiled water, turned the flame off and added my t-shirt for 30 minutes. It's a gorgeous very light pink. I'm happy and the Kool-Aid was of sale for 20 cents a packet. Donna " The afternoon knows what the morning never suspected. Guest guest
If you put the t-shirt thru a diluted vinegar bath, it will help set the color. I do the same thing with a muslin bag full of onion skins for a nice old-fashioned yellow. -- Kat_Doyle (@earthlink.net)

Yikes! I went to Walmart and bought white ones for $2.99 each and dyed them with red koolaid. Worked like a charm!
