Guest guest Posted October 7, 2007 Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 I wanted to post about this product I purchased yesterday while visiting the Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Store & Visitors Center in Milwaukie Oregon. It is called Soy Curls and contains nothing but 100 percent soybeans. It's a freeze dried product that you add warm water to reconsitute. I flavored with Kitchen bouquet, vegit, and added to my vegetable stir fry last night. It was absolutely delicious! I am definitely sold on this product, and the price was very reasonable.
