Guest guest
I am just getting ready now to head out to work on this foggy, cold and frosty Black Friday. I wanted to wish everyone in the group a very happy Thanksgiving weekend. I hope yesterday [or whenever you celebrated Thanksgiving] was wonderful, peaceful and a blessing. I had a great day and have a lunchbox full of yummy leftovers to enjoy for lunch today. Cheers! ::::coffeemug salute:::: ~ PT ~ The human contribution is the essential ingredient. Guest guest
Hello PT, I am assuming you are sending your message out to the " American " members of our group. Feralveggie has an international membership. many whom don't celebrate Thanksgiving, or like our Canadian members, celebrated their Thanksgiving in early October ;-) Denise On 11/23/07, ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: > > I am just getting ready now to head out to work on > this foggy, cold and frosty Black Friday. > I wanted to wish everyone in the group a very happy > Thanksgiving weekend. Guest guest
I, for one, really appreciate being wished a Happy Thanksgiving even though I'm neither American nor living in the States. It's always good to have a reminder to be thankful ;-D Christie in Edinburgh , " Miss Denise " <cocoasunrise wrote: > > Hello PT, > > I am assuming you are sending your message out to the " American " members > of our group. Guest guest
How cool. I am glad you found those Tofurkys yummy. So what all was in the feast package? I just love the Tofurky brand gravy. I like to stock up on it this time of year. It makes a nice change of pace from my usual Hain brand veg gravy mixes. ~ PT ~ The true test of character is how we behave when we don't know what to do. ~ John Holt ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , Lisamarie Dean <antcheek wrote: > > I bought a Tofurky feast and LOVED it--it is AWESOME!! Guest guest
In my original post: " I hope yesterday [or whenever you celebrated Thanksgiving] was wonderful " . I guess what I meant was, I hope whatever feasting meal done in the spirit of thankfulness you may or may not have had yet is, was, or soon will be wonderful! Is that covering all those bases? hahaha Cheers Denise and thanks for the smile. ~ PT ~ In seed time learn, in harvest teach, in winter enjoy. ~ William Blake ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Miss Denise " <cocoasunrise wrote: > > Hello PT, > > I am assuming you are sending your message out to the " American " members > of our group. Guest guest
Oops we have reduced the eggs to 2 and it comes out just fine. I need to change that. This is delicious. Left Overs are great, heated and made into a sandwich. Judy - wwjd Saturday, November 24, 2007 8:33 PM Re: Re: Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving! Guest guest
It came with the loaf, dumplings, and " gibblet " and mushroom gravy. VERY easy to prepare, too; all you do is take the plastic wrapping and metal clips off of the loaf, follow directions on the box for the baste, and cook for 1 hr, 15 minutes at 350 in the oven. If you want the dumplings with it there are directions on the box for those as well, and they are VERY tasty! The gravy is already made and you just nuke in the microwave at 1-minute intervals until it is heated through and pour it over the dumplings and/or tofurkey if you like! ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: How cool.
