Guest guest
Time for some new questions of the week. What are some of your favorite winter salads? List some seasonal, or maybe not so seasonal veggies that you enjoy making salads out of this time of year.
Guest guest
Well I don't know if this could actually be called a winter salad, but lately I've been making a really nice salad in the past few days that I've really been enjoying. I simply take some baby spinach leaves and add some tomato, red cabbage, and balsamic vinegarette and it has been turning out really good. ~ PT ~ <patchouli_troll wrote: Time for some new questions of the week. Guest guest
Lately it's been lettuce.....romaine hearts, chopped....freshly grated romano cheese on top....a little ranch dressing....almost like a caesar salad, but without the anchovies. Guest guest
I like to have grated beets with some lemon juice in them. let sit for about 10 minutes. very good. can also be added to other salads.
