Guest guest
I usually steam veggies, but within the past year I've discovered roasting and love it. This is especially good for asparagus and Brussels sprouts (and potatoes and tomatoes, but since you only mentioned greens.....). Toss the asparagus in olive oil, spread on baking sheet, sprinkle with coarse salt, bake 10 min at 425, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake another 5 min. Terrific! Guest guest
i don't know that i have a favorite green. i'm kinda nondescript that way. as far as my least favorite, there are two. i really really don't like artichokes and asparagus. i've never cared for artichokes (they kinda look like a weapon, which doesn't help matters either). asparagus i can tolerate, but i won't buy it or prepare it unless probably held at knifepoint. i remember having it grilled once after seeing it done beautifully on Queer Eye, and as pretty as it looked and smelled, i just really don't like it.
