I haven't posted here in long time, but I'm hoping your expertise might

help me out!

 

I seem to be totally incapable of cooking tofu.

 

When using cubed firm tofu in a curry, for example, how do you avoid

the tofu breaking up into tiny pieces during the cooking process?

 

Look forward to your tips.

I like to pre-cook my tofu cubes by frying

them in some hot vegetable oil before stirring

them into soups, stews or skillet meals.

I find that if I crisp-brown the outside of the cubes

first, and then add them towards the end of the

cooking process of whatever I am making,

the tofu will stay together and not get mushed.

 

I am sure others here will have advice and tips.

Very much so :((((( Even had some frost on the grass a few mornings

last week.
