Guest guest
Thanks, Reni, for a wonderful shopping list; I'm glad to get such a specific array of foods. One item that I use a substitute for is the soy sauce - I use Bragg Amino Acids; less salt, less processing, more " stuff " my body can use. Thanks again. Guest guest
i keep saying that i'm going to try Bragg's. they recently sent me something in the mail even. the soy use is very rare. my little one likes brown rice and peas with just a bit of soy sauce. i'll try it with Bragg's the next time i make it. -- HAIKU --- Drag queens are the rea- Son I pluck my eyebrows.
