hey all,

I just wondered what experiences other (men or women) have to tell

about their positive or negative experiences with soy regarding

thyroid, or menopause (for the women, of course)......I'd really like to hear

others' experiences with any of those things (soy, thyroid problems, menopause)

whether they believe soy has benefitted them or hurt them.

Why dn't you do a Google search, maybe you can find a message board

or two and ask what those people think about it. That's always the

best bet.

Yes, there are lots of msg. boards out there discussing

thyroid issues or menopause, but they're primarily meat eaters.

this being a vegetarian msg.board, and me having been a veg for

decades, I just thought I could read about more " veg-specific "

experiences here.

Well, I can't give experiences per se, but I do avoid soy where I can. Its

in a LOT of things, from vitamins to you name it. I try to avoid it because

of hormone reasons.
