We have a bunch in our files, and theres the hvcc goup for vegetarian

croc pot stuff

 

but whenever I use the slow cooker i just throw in stuff and call it

stew

crock pot slow cooker?? Ooooh you are the luckiest duck. I'll dig out m

recipes. AmyF

It was a cheapy. Just a small one. I think it was around $20. Tempe is

good, if you cover it up with something. Kind of a strong taste. However, a

scant half cup with provide you with an entire day's worth of protein. Not

necessarily all the aminos, me thinks, though.

Sounds wonderful, Bridget! How much was the slow cooker, if I may ask, and

how long did it take to make the soup? Also I haven't used tempeh yet.
