Last weekend I finally able to shop at a Trader Joe's. Boy was it great

fun to walk their isles. ....... So many wonderful things and I sure love

their own product line. I bought a bunch of yummy stuff, but wanted to

write a review of these and my store experience. Loved the bags that you

reuse that have the surf board beach scene on them too and bought several of

those to keep in the car for grocery shopping. They are so nice and large

and beautiful!

These were all Trader Joe's own line of products.

Loved the large alphabet pasta shapes. So cute and much larger than you

find anywhere else.

The Cat Cookies for People Ginger flavored cookies were wonderful. Just

enough ginger, but not enough bite to burn you, even thought they did have

cayene pepper in them. lol

The Wild Maine Blueberry Fruit Sauce was wonderful. They were sampling it

with angel food cake slices. It would be delicious on pancakes. We mixed

some in with some whipped cream cheese and dipped our Ginger flavored Cat

Cookies in them. It was sooooo good.

The Everything Flavored Pretzel chips were just yummy.

Enjoy,

Judy

One thing that I was GREATLY impressed by was the peanut butter dog cookies.

They smelled as good as anything I make for us and the doggies LOVED them!

I love TJ's!

I believe that there are two sizes of doggie peanut butter cookies. The larger

one is in the shape of a peanut (I was told) and the smaller one is a small

round pellet with a paw print on it. Since ours was for  pekingese, we got the

small and they LOVED them. I wish that I could find a similar recipe because I

live in Canada and they do not ship them. I have missed TJ since moving out of

So. Calif.

I would love to get to a Trader Joe's but there isn't one any where close to the

border crossings I can get to. Oh well, some day they'll open one in Buffalo or

Niagara and I'll get there. We do have a Whole Foods about 2 hours away but I

don't get there often. We are soooooooooo deprived in Canada.

How disappointing...I went to the website to check out the cat

cookies and they do not sell online. I am in Texas and there are no

stores anywhere in the state. I have a non-profit that works with

homeless cats and I thought I would get some cat cookies for

fundraisers I have from time to time.

I am new here and just turned vegetarian a few months ago. I joined

to find new ways to accomodate my new diet.

Thanks for sharing,

kat
