Guest guest
I was recently at Claydough's Pizza Restaurant, in Chattanooga, TN. The pizza selection was so creative and outstanding in flavor. If you are a vegetarian, they have meat substitutes they will put on the pizza in place of meat, if you ask. toppings such as meatless sausage, meatless chicken, meatless ham or meatless beef to make them take on a vegetarian personality. I greatly appreciated this thoughtfulness. This is not like any pizza restaurant you have ever been to. Be prepared to be wowed and your taste buds to drool. http://chattanoogan.com/articles/article_130385.asp http://www.claydoughspizza.com/claydoughs_menu.pdf Because the Chattanooga, TN area, has a huge amount of Seventh Day Adventist, which encourage a vegetarian diet, many of the restaurants will use meat substitutes on many of their items, if you ask. They don't always advertise that they do this, but many have the meat substitutes on hand if you ask them. Isn't that wonderful? I wish I lived there and could take advantage of this all the time. I have a sister that does and she has sure enjoyed this. Enjoy, Judy

Guest guest
You're very welcome. I think you will really enjoy it. Have you eaten from the deli at the Village Market in Collegedale? They have excellent food. While I was visiting there recently, I got a loaf there that was outstanding on their hot bar. Love their sandwich spreads and salad bar. So many good things. The Campus Kitchen is in the same shopping plaza as the Village Market and it is also a vegetarian restaurant. You can also eat in the Southern Adventist cafeteria on the campus across the street. Very good food selections there also.
