Time once again for a new set of questions of the week.

Please participate when you have time.

QOTW for October 12th - 18th, 2008:

The weather is getting chilly in many regions of the world

as the season of Autumn settles all around us. Time to turn

on the furnace and fire up the oven for warming foods.

Nothing fills the senses like a delicious casserole. :)

1. What is your favorite vegetarian casserole?

2. Is there a casserole recipe you have wanted to try

but haven't found the right recipe yet?

3. What is the most unusual ingredient you have put

into, or tried in a casserole that was a success?

I don't know, because I haven't made too many. I need some casserole recipes

that picky lacto-vegetarian kids would like!

I love thanksgiving type casseroles, like broccoli and cheese,

sweet potato, and hashbrown (very similar to that of a previous post).

I'll post a few i adapted in a bit.
