I freeze all of my vegetable peelings, including carrot tops so I can

use them for vegetable broth for bean and vegetable soups.

Can someone tell me what to do with carrot tops. I dont know if there

good to eat cooked or raw.please help.

I do not recall ever hearing of anyone eating the

carrot tops. If you try it, let us know how it turns

out. :)

Don't know about carrot tops...but I have used the beautiful celery tops in

soups...not the big ones...the tender little ones.
