Guest guest
We googled Nutritional yeast cheese sauce and found this recipe, we made it today, it is really goo. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp paprika dash garlic powder 1 cup water 2 TBS margarine 1 1/2 cups salsa or 1 can diced tomatoes and peppers Combine dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add water whisk constantly over medium heat until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add the margarine. Stir until melted. Stir in Tomatoes. Return to low heat and cook just long enough for the tomatoes to heat. we used Whole Wheat pastry flour and a mixture of Salsa and some canned chopped tomatoes. Instead of having with chips we made bean burritos and used this as the cheese in the burrito. **************Inauguration '09: Get complete coverage from the nation's capital.(http://www.aol.com?ncid=emlcntaolcom00000027)
Guest guest
I have the nutritional yeast flakes. Does it matter, or does it have to be the powder? --- On Sun, 1/18/09, glpveg4life <glpveg4life wrote: glpveg4life <glpveg4life NUTRITIONAL YEAST QUESO SAUCE - RECIPE , , Sunday, January 18, 2009, 5:11 PM We googled Nutritional yeast cheese sauce and found this recipe, we made it today, it is really goo. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp paprika dash garlic powder 1 cup water 2 TBS margarine 1 1/2 cups salsa or 1 can diced tomatoes and peppers Combine dry ingredients in a saucepan.
