Is my recipe weird?

I mix thai coconut water and aloe gel from the actual aloe plant in a blender

and i love the way i feel afterwards. i feel relaxed without feeling tired i

just decided to do this one day, it was very tasty so I continued. Any comments

on this concoction?

I would never have thought to eat the aloe gel. It is interesting

I would say that, if it works for you, do it. Were you looking

for someone to say you shouldn't?

yeah i use to eat it alone but could not bear the

bitter taste. The coconut water is a great cover up.

not exactly. More info on the mixture and the possible

danger in it. Like vinegar and baking soda. Im not a

scientist but i find myself experimenting alot. Maybe

to my detriment one day. Lol.
