Guest guest Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 I mix thai coconut water and aloe gel from the actual aloe plant in a blender and i love the way i feel afterwards. i feel relaxed without feeling tired i just decided to do this one day, it was very tasty so I continued. Im not a scientist but i find myself experimenting alot. Maybe to my detriment one day.
