If they are the softer, lighter colored wheatberries, then those are used for rejuvelac. Bill -- genius to understand the simplicity. Guest guest
To add to all the suggestions you already received and to answer your question: Oh, yes you can! Use them as cereal with fruit in a bowl, they are a sweet and powerful food. Or blend them as you already thought of. Experiment, they are delicious, - just by themselves to chew on, too. And sprout only as much as you can use fresh that you don't need to store them in the fridge: the fresher the better they are. Enjoy, Ella rawfood , Shay Butter <sheabuddah wrote: > > thanks! Guest guest
I've used them in the past to make essence bread. I haven't made any of that in well over a year and can't recall the receipe off the top of my head. It should be easy enough to find though with a google search. Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to raw, but moving this week, so I'm packing away pots and pans, giving away all cooked, canned foods, so my new house will be raw............big step. I'm a little scared this may be to much at once, however I think it will be easier to just commit and do it. But I am wondering how do you make rejuvelac, and is there a point where you are drinking an unhealthy amount? thank-you Brightest Passions for your Day, RuneStar, who plays with fire Embrace the Mystical and Wait for Extraordinary Things to Happen. sheabuddah rawfood Sat, 17 Mar 2007 10:58 AM Re: [Raw Food] please help me with wheat berries! thanks ella!
