Guest guest
Hi there, I'm not Tommie, but I have a couple of tips for you. First of all, bananas are great in fruit smoothies. My favorite basic smoothie: a cup or so of fresh squeezed orange juice or purified water 4 or 5 ripe bananas a cup or so of frozen cherries a cup or so of frozen blueberries Delicious!!! Of course, you can substitute any fresh fruit you'd like to if you prefer not use frozen Also, bananas are delicious blended with mangoes to make a banana-mango pudding and with dates to make a banana-date pudding.
