I realize this sounds totally lame- however, it is really a problem I

face at the moment.

How do I NOT loose weight going raw? I can not afford to loose any

weight right now and I have lost some. What do I do to keep what I

have and to hopefully increase by a few pounds?

Thank you so much!

Try incorporating high-fat products into your diet. Avacados and

oils, in addition to those foods already mentioned, can help. Just

be careful. These high-fat foods can mess with your cholersterol

and should still only be used in moderation.

Plus, make sure you are eating enough in general. Look back at

previous posts. It's not uncommon to eat 6 bananas and 6 apples in

a single day.
