How do you make this? What is it like? I can't even imagine...But I'm

interested!

I saw this recipe in one of my recipe books. I believe it's in The

Raw Transformation: Energizing Your Life with Living Foods by Wendy

Rudell and David Wolfe. Basically, you slice coconut meat

into " bacon " strips and marinate the meat in Nama Soyu or Bragg's

Amino's. Then you dehydrate the strips until your preferred

texture. Personally, I HATE the taste of Bragg's and only use Nama

Soyu and Celtic Sea Salt, but Bragg's has a earthy flavor that might

work best in this instance.

I also cannot stand the taste of Braggs, but I do use Nama Shoyu.

I have to say that I never really like eggplant until I went raw, and wow it is

so good, love it, I would also like the recipe for eggplant bacon, thanks so

I think the eggplant is probably more dead-on for me. I don't see how anything

else could taste MORE like bacon!

Could someone please post the eggplant recipe for me? I'm sorry, I think I came
