I can't believe it but I have made the commitment and this is my first day

of my juice feast. I have been keeping a blob and earlier today felt pretty

good but now have KILLER headaches.

 

AND TIRED!

 

I am looking forward to the amazing energy everyone keeps talking about. If

anyone has any great CHEAPLY prepared juice recipes please do share.

Seriously- Carrot/Apple has been a good one for me- I think anyone

will drink it- even my 2 1/2 year old! Carly

Cucumber and Celery seem to yield the most bang per buck. Very high water

content! And celery is CHEAP and tasty and super good for you!
