Guest guest
Hi D'vorah, Fruitarian can be an amorphous term. For example, those following Doug Graham's 80-10-10 plan are sometimes refered to as fruitarians, but they would eat some leafy greens. Same with natural hygienists, I believe. What nutrients are you worried about not getting? Marjorie www.rawgreenmama.blogspot.com rawfood , " Dvorah Dollar " <shakarsalpha wrote: > > I am THINKING about moving toward fruitarian. Guest guest
Not any one in particular, but since we have always been taught to eat leafy greens, I was just wondering. I am already pondering how I will do without spinach in my salads. I really did like green veggies, but lately my husband and I seem to be losing our taste for them. Carrots are not a food source as much either. Fruitarian in the scientific terms might be what we are reaching for in our next step of growth. Guest guest
THANK YOU!!!!! This is what I will do. I have allready decided to let " me " guide what I eat and when. Since my husband and I are moving away from our usual greens except some sprouts, I will believe my body is telling me some thing. In the past when this happened, it was for a good reason I learned afterwards. Just a note about my former breast cancer. I figured by the size of my tumor and the growth rate, I went vegetarian and then vegan about the time I had the cancer starting. This was about 3 years before I was even diagnosed or felt the lump. I am cancer free and believe the diet contributed to the good diagnosis. Now I believe the raw Fruitarian diet will aid in my recovery from the chemo damage and radiation neuropathy I have.
