Guest guest
bacterial infections are not cured by food. Be careful with those. Be sure you know what it is. If youre sure its just run of the mill bacterial overgrowth with no serious potential for damage you can self treat. I personally use the summers eve extra cleansing douche..it contains an antibacterial that has killed every bad bug ive had for 10 yrs. It sometimes clears yeast too but is not necessarily antifungal. It must be the " extra cleansing " though...not the frilly flowery ones..i tried vinegar douches and the yeast went nuts! Grew like crazy!...its a purple and white box. I havent had it fail yet and stopped going to drs for vaginitis years ago..good luck! anna On 5/11/07, Laura <ladymomma wrote: > i have been struggling with a combination of yeast and bacterial vaginosis > since january. i am about to go crazy with all the different > treatments...ranging from purely " natural " to full on prescription > medications...both oral and vaginal....not to mention NO SEX!!!!!!!!! > > it is unbelievable that a simple monodiet could cure this problem. but i > am willing to try anything at this point. i'm wondering if this would work > for the bacterial infection as well. > > i too have been told for as long as i can remember to stay away from fruit > if you have yeast infections (my mom's a diabetic, so she says this a lot). > but one thing i know for certain is that most things i " learned " growing up > were wrong. so i don't doubt that this could be wrong as well. we'll see. > > thanks!!! > laura > > Elchanan <Elchanan wrote: > Dobby, > If you actually want to get past this, then go on a monodiet of bananas only > for a week.
