Then ran out of bottled water, and used tap water. Came up negative. Got all excited. Repeated it this morning with bottled water. Positive. Aargh..! He was negative (meat-eater, smoker, lots of alcohol (spirits), lots of coffee, Red Bull, eats lots of chocolate, crisps(chips), has taken antibiotics, etc etc). Annoying.
