Guest guest
I am sorry. I am confused. Dr. Norman Walker states that Apple Cider Vinegar is malic acid and that any other vinegar is detrimental to the system. He lived to 109. How about you? There are no cross bones on Apple Cider Vinegar. Do your research completely. Jane ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
Vinegar is acetic acid. When sold to chemistry labs and such, it comes in a container labeled with a skull and cross-bones ... poison. When diluted with 19 parts water to one part acetic acid, it is legal to classify the mixture as " food " . We are an acid-producing, alkaline-seeking machine. Our system is continually working to eliminate acidic metabolic byproducts. Therefore, any amount of vinegar is " too much " ... if you seek health. Guest guest
how true. As an aside..cancer can not grow in an alkaline environment..it needs an acidic environment..one of the reasons i suspect " vegetarians " eating much grain still get cancer..grain being very acid producing.. this is all a huge oversimplification ofcourse. There is more to it..chemicals, heredity, etc. But something to consider. meat is very acid producing as well...altho atkins makes your cholesterol and suger go down...on the cancer front its a disaster. The problem is tho it takes years to show..and no one is really on that diet for years..but they could cause cancer to start... anyone read " the china report " ? Largest diet study ever. The people that ate the least amount of animal products had the least amount of every disease. Cooked or noncooked was not a factor. peace anna On 5/23/07, Elchanan <Elchanan wrote: > Vinegar is acetic acid.
