To my knowledge, none of these books is made of vinegar. :)

 

Would you be willing to clarify your question?

Yes, I liked the way you said that. What I would I like to know is

what they talk about like drinking so much vinegar on a fast or The

soy called Braggs? Ha Ha we all have to have one.

Hi Theresa,

 

Well, perhaps the simplest thing to say is that their approach and mine

differ. I do not attempt to control what the body does during a fast by

adding anything, and they do. It's really a choice for people to make.

 

What I can say is that they body, during any form of cleansing, produces a

significant amount of acidic output. I have never understood how adding acid

to the body, in any form, would enhance this process.

 

Does this help, at least somewhat?

Yes, this is a big help and I would say that one way to find out is

too just try and see what would for each of us. Have to go to work now

and will be reading on herbs this week. Be back next week.
