Guest guest
To my knowledge, none of these books is made of vinegar. Would you be willing to clarify your question? Guest guest
Yes, I liked the way you said that. What I would I like to know is what they talk about like drinking so much vinegar on a fast or The soy called Braggs? Ha Ha we all have to have one. Guest guest
Hi Theresa, Well, perhaps the simplest thing to say is that their approach and mine differ. I do not attempt to control what the body does during a fast by adding anything, and they do. It's really a choice for people to make. What I can say is that they body, during any form of cleansing, produces a significant amount of acidic output. I have never understood how adding acid to the body, in any form, would enhance this process. Does this help, at least somewhat?
