My only guess is that I eat too much fruit. > > Any ideas? > > Thanks, > Carla > I got a slight correction the last time I posted on this subject, but when I used to ingest too much protein powder years ago in the form of Nutritional_Yeast, my sweat would smell of ammonia, it ended up (in laymans terms the excess protien that my body could not expell fast enough and it would come out of my pores sweating in the Yoga (Bikram Yoga) studio and at the gym. For me, while being on a " Bikram_Yoga " (exercise diet) the horrendous sweating in that class (studio heated to over 100 degrees) was actually a good barometer when it came to detecting too much protein in my system due to diet stuff. -- " Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing. Could it be that it just takes weeks or months for it to fully expel from your body?
