I got a slight correction the last time I posted on this subject,

but when I used to ingest too much protein powder years ago in the

form of Nutritional_Yeast, my sweat would smell of ammonia, it ended

up (in laymans terms ;) the excess protien that my body could not

expell fast enough and it would come out of my pores sweating in the

Yoga (Bikram Yoga) studio and at the gym.

For me, while being on a " Bikram_Yoga " (exercise diet) the

horrendous sweating in that class (studio heated to over 100

degrees) was actually a good barometer when it came to detecting too

much protein in my system due to diet stuff.

Hi Bill,

Its seems even when I eat a low protein diet (just green leafy veggies and

fruit only) I still smell. Could it be that it just takes weeks or months

for it to fully expel from your body?

Hmm, logically that would make sense, not sure.

How much (clean) water are you consuming daily?

LOL. I overlooked that possibility ... though the smell would be different,

both odors would be, shall I say, " noticeable " .
