Abdominal Exercises: Get that rock hard abdomen

Fat accumulation is the easiest thing happens to the body and one really

fined it hard to get away with the abdominal fat. Therefore, we are

forced to do the abdominal exercises to get away with the extra fat we

collect around the belly that make us to look a real butt of jokes of

our friends.

Hi Victoria

 

Yes, fat is yuk, but the longer we stay on a high raw foods diet the

less fat accumulation is an issue.

 

I have visited the page your post refers to and note that under diet

it is recommended that we eat dairy foods, bread (presumably cooked

wholemeal?) and brown rice.

 

As this is a raw foods forum, could you share information and

experiences of your own raw food diet?
