Guest guest
thank you for looking at that page and forwarding your comments i can understand that you want " potential " instead of " power " so that the designation " pH " retains its significance most food are not branded in the mind with scientific certainties as our foremost concerns about them -- so all the more reason for you to find this information substandard our eons of development as humans did require us to come out best we could with various foods all with different limitations as regards availability a human's use of foods today needs must be different thereby and, too, merely because all the foods we can list on one site or the other we can mostly likely find being eaten with some degree of regularity but that happens along with many concoctions that are really not food, one might say, though groceries sell billions and billions of units of them and many millions of creatures are known to regularly consume them it's almost an amazement to have help some of the help we need starting to show up, i daresay jerry ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. Guest guest
Only is you are willing to live with mediocre information ... some is correct, some marginal, some incorrect. This Web page embodies many common misconceptions widely taught in the RF world. For example, nuts, in general, are mildly acid-forming ... as a group, they certainly should not be thought of as alkaline-forming. Various other problems ... doesn't interest me enough to write in further detail. If you stick with primarily fruits and tender greens, and emphasize sweet fruits over acid fruits, you'll be fine. Oh, and " pH " means " potential for hydrogen " , not " power of hydrogen " , as this page states. Guest guest
I am not sure if I know acid fruits from sweet fruits. I know citrus type fruits are acid, but what others are? Guest guest
Hi Belinda, Please look at this food combining chart for a brief overview. We are planning a free teleconference on this topic sometime later this year.
