Guest guest
two questions for the group. how do you use the magic bullet to grind nuts? i tried with the flat blades and all it did was get all jammed up. and I thought garlic was a wonder and a person could not get enough raw garlic. is there some thinking that it is a shock to the body and keeps the body reacting instead of healing? thanks. take care, lynda
Guest guest
the mb comes with blades to grind nuts....or shoulduse the small cup not the big one. and garlic- one of my faaaav foods is actually a poison..the substances in it are a natural defense to keep it from getting eaten before reproducing..just like onions..tomatoes and peppers, etc. they have allegedly beneficial effects..like vascular expanding qualities that improve circulation. anyone ever been to " the stinking rose " restaurant? We have it here in beverly hills...every dish from dip to dessert is made with garlic. Last time i ate there i left with a buzz that would rival any ganja. I had eaten the equivalent of about 3 heads of raw and cooked garlic. The raw is most psychoactive... No one takes that much garlic norrmally so you dont feel its effects... try eating an entire raw head chopped up with olive oil and chopped green onion....its awesome..they serve it with garlic rolls......but youll be high as a kite after and tingling to the finger tips...thats your clue bout the poison.... peace anna On 5/31/07, lhmcmaken <lhmcmaken wrote: > two questions for the group. how do you use the magic bullet to grind > nuts? i tried with the flat blades and all it did was get all jammed > up. and I thought garlic was a wonder and a person could not get > enough raw garlic. is there some thinking that it is a shock to the > body and keeps the body reacting instead of healing? > thanks. > take care, > lynda > > > > >

Guest guest
Garlic and onion are antibiotic foods not only will they kill the bad harmful bacteria but also the good digestive bacteria int your guts. The soy natto is also a antibiotic food but it only kill the harmful bacteria but strengthen the good bacteria. It also has lots of vitamin K2 to help your bones, and internal bleeding but also can regulate your menstrual cycle better. It helps your hair also Hair loss may be slowed by adding soy milk to your diet, says new ... You can make your own http://www.gaia21.net/natto/natto.htm http://www.articletrader.com/health/nutrition/how-to-make-natto.html if you soak your soybeans in filtered water with coral sea calcium, they will absorb the nutrition from the coral calcium with includes colbalt, the metal that give you B12. Instead of using table salt, use sea salt it have a small amount of the nutrition of the coral calcium ( www.newstarget.com/001247.html). Note soy natto is a vitamin K product it will need oil to help it to digest. I suggest flax seeds blended in hemp oil. It will give you omega 3 and 9 as well. Guest guest
Wow did not know that garlic was a poison. However I did know about it's healing properties for some ailments. (was really into natural healing in the past) Perhaps it is best used only for that. And it is the same for onions? I love both as food flavorings and at one time loved eating raw onions. But for several years now, raw onions just do not set well with me, so have stopped eating them except for flavoring of some cooked dishes, such as soup. (I still eat one meal a day containing cooked food) Belinda in TN rawfood , Howard Huey <huey_htm wrote: > > Garlic and onion are antibiotic foods not only will they kill the bad harmful bacteria but also the good digestive bacteria int your guts. Guest guest
Agreed, Anna. " The dose makes the poison. " http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paracelsus One particularly notable illustration of this principle of toxicology is the phenomenon of hormesis (also applicable to minor stresses): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hormesis -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog rawfood , " Anna Bishop " <mowthpeece wrote: > > its not unlike alcohol.
