Guest guest Posted June 1, 2007 Report Share Posted June 1, 2007 I've sort of made a pact with myself to at least give the unfamiliar foods a try. I will never have to buy them if I don't like them. These foods are coming to me as part of my CSA share, so I've already paid for them, and I can't see letting them go to waste, if at all possible. I understand rhubarb is a vegetable. So I will combine it as one. I don't think it is a starchy vegetable (I ate a piece.
