Is papaya good to put in smoothies and " ice creams " ? I have never had

fresh papya, but occasionaly the grocery store here will have some.

Ok, fresh is a bit questionable, but as fresh as it can be and be

shipped in.

I love a good papaya! My question is how do you know when it is ready to eat?

I have a " hit or miss " type of luck so far. I just don't know what I'm looking

for. Should it be yellow when you buy it? or green? How do you pick a good

papaya?

I love lime juice on mine.

ok, now you've done it!!

Reading that I felt my mouth water so, I just have to go out and rustle me up

some papaya........and while I'm out I'm going to see what other kinds of fruit

I might experiment with that I've never tried.

Sincerely,
