Guest guest
hey elchanan.. if a person stuck to the same 5-6 foods day after day...staying 100% raw...how long till a deficiency might show? i kno it depends on the foods..but say...banana, peach, spinach smoothies....watermelon... Salad with assorted greens, and avocado, and mayb little snacks like raisins and nuts...occassionally. thats it. How long could i live on this? anna On 6/7/07, Elchanan <Elchanan wrote: > I do SO understand!!! WHICH version of raw makes all the difference. Guest guest
Hi, Jenn here, I'm new to the group. Not totally raw yet, but I wanna be as I surly know the health benefits. People who don't eat meat, specially beef.. Don't really have too many problems with BO. But they are also fully detoxified. I have a really good friends who is an entertainer and weighs close to 400 lbs who doesn't use deodorant.. Funny thing is, even though he lives in the desert, he doesn't sweat that much and he never stinks. He eats mainly chicken and fish for meat, never beef or pork, sometimes turkey. But he eats a ton of veggies and fruit. In the past few years this lifestyle of eating improved his health tremendously...to the point to where he is now alive and living well. Some people no matter how much deodorant they use will still smell foul.. Because of the toxins built up in their bodies. ~Jenn ---- jeannieh h 06/07/07 07:19:40 rawfood Re: [Raw Food] Deodorant Thanks,Anna....... Of course I don't mean to insult any culture....I am making a statement...an observation of what " I notice " ...right or wrong, it is my observation. I feel that there are people of other cultures...and I'm sure there are people of our own culture, that don't take higiene that seriously. I know I am not the only one that has a nose that has felt insulted or assaulted by a case of plain BO. Would you tell me you have not experienced standing next to someone in a store or in a cab or on the street somewhere that you didn't say to yourself ..... " oh man, that dude stinks " .....lol Come on...let's be honest here. Is that insulting? I don't think so...I think it is a statement of fact. lol Sincerely, Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one. Not that we're not..but that the culture has taken that and run with it to the point of denying we're evolved animals first...spiritual creatures second. but i digress..... when in rome do as the romans do...that way no one " offends " anyone. peace anna On 6/6/07, Tom Spontelli <outreach wrote: > Jeannie, > > I am sorry that you have to put up with " people of other cultures " in your > grocery store. Guest guest
That this man does not sweat is a tribute to how broken his system really is .... he is SO dehydrated that his body is forced to choose hydration over temperature and metabolic regulation. Hydration precedes almost everything else in the body's prioritization scheme. _____ rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of Belinda Friday, June 08, 2007 5:42 AM rawfood Re: [Raw Food] Deodorant Gracious, this man only eats chicken and fish, mostly veggies and fruit and weighs nearly 400lbs?
