Guest guest
I highly recommend the book, " The Coming Plague " It is an 800 page well-documented and researched book written by a former director of the CDC. (I think) Her main thesis is that a civilization ending outbreak, is not only probable but most likely inevitable due to population density. This book is only for those who appreciate good hard thorough science.
Guest guest
This book was written way back in 1994. It's likely still quite relevant, but I wanted to point out the author, Laurie Garrett, wrote another tome (768 pages) updating the topic in 2001: Betrayal of Trust: The Collapse of Global Public Health http://snipr.com/1n7pt (Amazon link) -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog rawfood , " Tom Spontelli " <outreach wrote: > > I highly recommend the book, " The Coming Plague " It is an 800 page > well-documented and researched book written by a former director of the CDC. > (I think) Her main thesis is that a civilization ending outbreak, is not > only probable but most likely inevitable due to population density.
