dehydrator sheets- can I use plastic wrap -- NO!!!!

Lisa, please do NOT use plastic wrap in your dehydrator, and, ideally

in nothing else.

 

If you cannot get Teflex sheets, then use cooking parchment. You can

get it in most supermarkets, in many ethnic markets, and also in

gourmet shops. Excalibur sells a parchment ont their website, but it

is more expensive than cooking parchment.
