Guest guest
Lisa, please do NOT use plastic wrap in your dehydrator, and, ideally in nothing else. If you cannot get Teflex sheets, then use cooking parchment. You can get it in most supermarkets, in many ethnic markets, and also in gourmet shops. Excalibur sells a parchment ont their website, but it is more expensive than cooking parchment.
