First of all his HDL has gone up but the bad LDL is down. HIs triglycerides are down. He is off medication. Secondly your number is very misleading and that's what pharmaceutical companies want. It's this kind of shallow knowledge and scare which is unhealthy. You know in 1980s even 300 was considered normal. But thanks anyway. I don't normally read messages due to time constraint, but will invite you to join VegClub. You seem to be quite involved in health aspect of vegetarianism.
